Speech took away skill points cause it's such needed skill and lockpick cause it's lockpick still got 75 gun and melee

your gonna need speech everywhere man....i suggest moveing it up and Tagging it with the Tag perk if its not 80 or so by then

im like lvl 16 now and ive been pwning stuff with the Gobi Campaign Scout Rifle and i have 100 lockpick 100 guns and 90 speech(i used the tag perk)
